Paper Grades
Bond Bond papers are commonly used for letters and business forms. Its basic size for weight measurement is 17x22.
Text These papers are noted for their interesting textures and attractive colors. They enjoy frequent use for announcements, booklets and brochures. Its basic size for weight measurement is 25x38.
Cover Papers are made in heavier weights and matching colors for use as covers on booklets, etc. Special characteristics of cover pages include dimensional stability, durability, uniform printing surface, good scoring, folding, embossing and die-cutting qualities. It is a useful rule of thumb that cover stock of the same basis weight as text paper has about twice the thickness. Its basic size for weight measurement is 20x26.
Other paper grades are also used in the industry for other purposes. Other grades include: Coated, Book, Offset, Index, Tag, Bristol, Newsprint, and Lightweight Papers.

Paper Weights

 Print 'N' Copy offers paper in a variety of weights. The weight value is the weight in pounds of a ream of 500 sheets in the basic size of a paper's grade. For example, if 500 sheets of 17x22 "bond" paper (having a basic size of 17x22 inches which can be easily cut to provide four 8.5x11 sheets or two 11x17 sheets) weighs 20 pounds, it is referred to as #20 bond paper. Different grades of paper may have different basic sizes.

Paper Colors

 Print 'N' Copy stocks the following paper color options. The recycle symbol () identifies recycled paper. The colors are only stocked for the sizes where a weight is shown. Swatches of these colors are on display at Print 'N' Copy. Other colors can be special ordered.
